New to running, coming back to running or feeling a bit nervous about using a running club to help achieve your running goals? We understand, and we’re here to help you every step of the way. Our 14-Week couch to 5k & beyond programme adds weekly progression focused on increasing distance over speed, with built in social options to support the group achieve their goals. (participants must be 18 or over)
- Duration: 14 weeks
- Sessions: Saturdays at 10:15am & Tuesdays at 6:20pm
- Cost: £20 per person (Redeemable against full club membership for 2025 after the programme)
- Next programme: due to start on 5th July 25
What to Expect:
- Friendly & Fun: Enjoy a supportive and encouraging environment.
- Social Coffee Option: Join us for a coffee after the Saturday session.
- Suitable for All: New runners and returning runners.
- 5K Run: Saturday of week 11, we join Cannon Hill Parkrun at 8:45am.
- 5K Medal: Earn a medal upon completing the 5K run.
- Progression: Build up to a 4-mile (6.5k) club run or stay at 5K, options to join our weekly beginners sessions.
