Who can purchase kit?

Only paying club members can purchase customised KHRC kit from PRINTIGO. Failing to record a valid membership number on your order form could result in a declined order. Members can place the order, via email, over the phone or in person in store.


I can’t see mugs, buffs and keyrings, car stickers or bags in the catalogue. How do I purchase these?

These items that are not supplied via PRINTIGO but are available for purchase on set dates and at KHRC social events, keep an eye on our Facebook pages for more details. You can buy these items if you aren’t a member.


Can I try an item for size?

Printigo have a selection of items you can try for fit in their shop and there is a size chart for all garments in the catalogue. We also have a small selection of items that you can try on set dates and at KHRC social events, keep an eye on our Facebook pages for details. Printigo will not take returns once printed or embroidered items, so trying on in store or at the club is advisable.


How is my order delivered or collected?

Items can be collected from Printigo in person for free. If you’d like your item delivered then postage ranges from £3 – £5 depending on the size of your item.


When will my order be ready for collection or delivery?

Turnaround time is 3-5 days for printed items and 1 week for embroidered items. An express service is also available for £2 per item and is subject to stock availability.


When will I pay for my order?

Payment is required in full when you place the order. This can be made by card over the phone or in store using cash or card.


I’ve ordered kit but I don’t like the style or material, or the size doesn’t fit. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. Please visit Printigo to ensure that the item you’re buying is suitable in style,  material and style.
